The Canadian Startup Visa or (SUV) is a program that gives foreign entrepreneurs the opportunity to obtain permanent residence in Canada.

The basis of the SUV is to attract entrepreneurs and support innovative people who want to start a business and create employment in Canada. The entrepreneurial background of these people should confirm their ability. To apply through the start-up visa program, you must have an excellent business plan based on a creative idea.
Applying for permanent residence through the startup program is much resonable than other similar immigration methods and is more attractive among immigration applicants due to the lack of a high level of language and no age limit.

The start-up visa applicant as the main member can introduce up to 5 people in his proposed plan as an entrepreneurial group, each member of which has a responsibility and must also meet the following requirements:

  • Do not have a bad immigration record.
  • do not intend to settle in the province of Quebec.
  • Have an English language certificate at least CLB 5 (IELTS 5 General).
  • Have enough financial resources to live in Canada for at least 6 months and cover the basic expenses of yourself and your family.
  • have the ability to participate in the preparation courses to enter the market organized by the designated organization.

The startup visa applicant must receive a letter of support (LOS) from one of the designated organizations approved by the Canadian Immigration (List of designated organizations)
Each of these organizations has its own process and different criteria for reviewing business ideas and presenting support letters, which are divided into the following three categories:

  • Venture Capital Fund Companies.
  • Angel Investors.
  • Start-up accelerator companies (Business Incubators)

It is not enough to have a creative idea in the SUV program, you should submit a strong business plan along with the relevant documents to the designated organizations.

Some organizations take specific considerations when reviewing startup plans. We are aware of it and we will prepare the documents and adjust the plan for you by considering the relevant requirements.

We are also with you to successfully complete the specialized courses and trainings held by the organization for the applicants after the initial approval of the plan and receive the letter of support from them.

The business plan is one of the most important requirements of the SUV program and acts a decisive role in receiving the LOS from the designated organization.
Business plan is actually a description of a project that is supposed to be presented to designated organizations for immigration through the SUV program.

That's why the business plan presented must be unique and globally scalable idea that will create jobs in Canada, which basically includes the following features:

  • Be creative and innovative.
  • Benefit from modern technologies.
  • Scalable and globally competitive.
  • Create jobs for Canadians.
  • Implemented in Canadian soil.
  • Register as a joint stock company (Incorporation) in Canada.

Other requirements and documents that we provide in addition to the business plan in the SUV process are as follows:

  • Pitch Deck
A brief and visual document of the business plan is presented, which can be used as an increase in initial interest and also to attract the attention of the sponsoring company. Especially in cases where a complex business plan is presented, it will be useful as an introduction to the main plan.
  • Financial Model
Investors may want to check the overall valuation of the business in accordance with the financial forecasts provided and the plan's revenue generation in a certain period of time. Our experts will help you provide a plan according to their expectations by carefully arranging the financial documents.
  • Website and online portfolio preparation

Having online portfolio is one of the requirements for introducing new businesses, specifically a website.
The first item that audiences and investors pay attention to when reviewing your startup is your website and social media profile.
With more than 20 years of experience in branding and implementing hundreds of website projects in various industries, our experts have the opportunity to professionally design and implement your online business profile according to the latest methods.
